RETURN POLICY
To ensure a pleasant shopping experience with Fuel2Fit, please take note of the following:
- Please ensure that all details are reviewed before confirming your order on our website. Fuel2Fit does not accept amendments or cancellations after a payment is made.
- All goods sold are non-returnable and on-exchangeable, unless it is due to receiving a defective or wrong order.
- Please note that the colours and material of items purchased may differ slightly due to monitor settings, styling, lighting and photography. Minor flaws or differences are not accepted as reasons to return or exchange orders.
At Fuel2Fit, we take great measures to ensure the highest quality of goods/products to all customers. Please be informed that there are some goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its content, usage guidelines, shelf life, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each good/product may vary accordingly. For any goods/products that are eligible for returns:
- Returns and exchanges or orders are allowed under the following circumstances:
- You receive products that you did not order
- You receive a damaged/defective product
- You receive the wrong colour or size
- Name & Contact Number
- Order Number
- Picture of Order
- Reason for Return

Once your request for return and exchange has been approved, our shipping address will be given to you. The return shipping charges will be borne fully by Fuel2Fit. Kindly notify us of the tracking number once the order has been shipped back.
In the event that the returned order item is out of stock, we will offer you:
- A replacement item of the same value
- A cash voucher of the same amount (with 1 month validity)

To ensure we are able to fully assess and fulfil genuine requests for returns and exchanges, please ensure that you contact us no later than 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
Products are to be returned in their original brand new condition. Please do not remove any tags, or damage the original packaging for successful returns.
FINAL DECISIONS ON ALL RETURNS
We reserve the rights for all final decisions pertaining to requests for returns and refunds.
Fuel2Fit retains the right to make any changes and updates to this Return Policy contents without giving prior notice to customers. Please review the Return Policy on our website regularly to ensure that you are up to date.
If goods/products purchased have been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, Fuel2Fit reserves the right to refuse any refunds or returns.
Fuel2Fit is not responsible for any loss/damage of goods/products during shipment for returns from customers. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service with tracking services to prevent damages and lost parcel issues.
Once our team has conducted a thorough check on all returned goods/products, customers who have requested for refunds will receive theirs within 7 to 14 working days.
Additional Terms for International Customers
To ensure a smooth shopping experience for all international customers at Fuel2Fit, please take note of the following additional terms:
1. Return and Exchange Policy for International Orders:
- Return Period: For international orders, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. The email or WhatsApp message subject should be “RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF INTERNATIONAL ORDER.”
- Return Shipping Costs: For international orders, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. In special cases, such as receiving incorrect or damaged products, Fuel2Fit will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with the return address after approval.
- Customs and Duties: Please be aware that international orders may incur additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable.
2. Refunds for International Orders:
- Refunds for international orders will be processed within 14 to 21 working days once the returned items have been received and inspected by our team.
- Any currency conversion or transaction fees associated with international refunds will be borne by the customer.
3. Product Condition for Returns:
- Products must be returned in their original, brand-new condition. Please do not remove any tags or damage the original packaging to ensure a successful return.
- Fuel2Fit reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.
4. Shipping Responsibility:
- Fuel2Fit is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods during return shipment from international customers. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking capabilities to avoid lost parcels or damage issues.
5. Final Decisions on International Returns:
- Fuel2Fit reserves the right to make final decisions on all international return and refund requests.
